Hi everyone. So I’m on Keto, my protein is generally higher than it should be carb intake is always below 20g calories at average of 1500. What is a good food to eat without as much protein with decent fat content, I’m thinking my macros should be changed up a little. I feel like I’ve flatten out on the weight loss...any suggestions would be helpfull

fish, chicken, tuna and salmon are all good choices. you can adjust your fat in the menu or with the add ons. oil based dressings cream gravies etc. also you can investigate fat bombs as a pick up for some of the lower fat meals. avocado is a quality fat too. I plan my day around my planned supper too.
