I ate light all day so I'd have enough calories left over for an Impossible Burger tonight. It's 100% vegetarian, but you'd never know it. It tastes like a particularly delicious beef patty. Still, I left off one of the hamburger buns and only ate half the fries, just to ensure I still came in around 800 calories, making it just 1400 for the whole day—even with a fried egg on top. What a great treat, though!
