I guess I am starting all over again! This is what happens when you let go of the strict rules of my plan and eat anything I want. Now I have to lose 12 lobs instead of 4 or 5! Maintaining isn't easy but I am going to try one more time. I want to lose the weight, but when it comes to food, I am weak and give in to cravings.

Start again everyday if you have to until it sticks !!!! You can do it, you are not weak, just need to work on discipline a bit more.... Good luck, I will be watching ! ;D

it’s a lot harder to stick to a diet when you have alot of strict rules. try a few changes that you can live with and i’m sure you’ll lose the weight soon
