07/05/18 I got my Fitbit tracker set up and started wearing it yesterday afternoon. I'm actually surprised at all the functions it has. Not sure if I will have it stay on all the time as it might use a lot of battery but I can synch it a few times a day. I'm glad now that Kathy suggested it to me 😊 I'm keeping this app thought because I started with it and ally recipes and saved meals are here and I can synch some of the Fitbit info like for exercises here so I will use both and send in my weekly progress report on Monday with the weigh-in.
