Ok, so I just checked my BMI thanks to HCB and I am now at 25.8 BMI which is normal weight range for women of my height (6'0), but I still need to replace more fat with muscle. I also compared it against what my doctor said it was on 3/14/12 and it is down by 3!!! My BMI at that time was 28.88. :)

WOWOWOW - see, how cool is that? What makes it really hard for me is I am 5'1" (or even 5')on a good day! I would need to lose 70 more pounds to hit "normal." I have been at 130 and below and it was ridiculously hard to maintain back when I was 38 or 40 years old. I am 57 now and what the hell can I expect, right? If I make goal and get a few pounds under, I will be THRILLED!
