Weekly weigh-in progress#6. I just noticed it doesn't record the weight at the time, just the lbs lost. Today my weight is 191.8 lbs BF= 40.4%.

Woke up late morning, couldn't sleep last night so had to take something to sleep finally but then overslept. Time got away from me yesterday so I ended up eating too late but didn't want to eat too little and stall my weight loss. Will need to stay more mindful of schedule but my Fitbit is on the way so that will keep me aware and motivated to do better.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
