Really craving carbs last night so I ate crackers, cheese and ice cream - now I’ve put on .4 pounds!!! But today is a new day and I’ll regroup. Trying to cut down on cigarettes too. Probably too much at once, but I’m finally totally disgusted with myself so I have to act now.
