Much to my relief, I'm happy to report that I dropped 2 of those stinkin' 4 pounds I gained over the weekend! I didn't do as well, yesterday, as I had intended. I was constently busy at work and it seemed I hardly had time to breathe. However, today is a new day and I plan to work on drinking my water today...again.
One day closer to Friday! =)

YEA! I figured it was probably a lot of water weight! I agree with info, a lite day with some good soup, lots of water and maybe trip to gym and tomorrow will be a nice new weigh in! :) Go get 'em GIRLY! BURN RUBBER!!

Way to go girl.....!!! I KNOW about weight gain from sodium intake....I can't believe that it can actually make a difference of a couple or three pounds from one day to the next.....Drink LOTS of water and flush out all that *bad* stuff from the weekend.....GO BLACK PORSCHE's......YEAH.....race HARD - hugs
