it may have taken 3 days but this morning I dropped most of that water weight and back to my 137 weight. still a little bloated but by tomarrow I expect things to be back to normal and hopefully be able to record the true weight loss.
kept to the plan and will continue to limit those less strict keto spurges that effect me badly
