I haven't lost any weight yet this week. I know that week 2 means that I will be lucky to loose one pound but I was still hoping for more. I know this is usual and I am stalled at a place I tend to stall at, but am worried that this is my celiac body holding on to everything. I am still in ketosis but only slightly. I tried upping my cals yesterday and giving up the wine . Today I will try nothing with added sweetner and some exercise. I have allergies and sensitivities to a lot of food items such as tree nuts, flax, most fruits and veggies so doing the veggies is difficult. I wish I was on fatsecret right from the beginning so that I had food journals to compare to from last week. onward...

Honey, if you are entering everything that you eat into this site - you aren't losing because your calories are too low. Women require 1500-1800 at least for optimal weight loss. Many women lose better even higher than this and closer to 2000. Definitely give up the wine for now. You can add this in later on. But for now keep it away and get those calories up.
