Day 3 on my diet. Yesterday was a terrible day, my little sister brought some junk food home and of course I had a chocolate bar. Because I was freaking out I decided not to eat the rest of the day. I know this is the worst thing to do but usually I would give up on my diet and eat like crazy the rest of the day. Today I'm going to grocery shopping to look for more healthy foods. I'm not sure about this keto diet, I love fruits like kiwi, pineapple and watermelon and apparently those aren't keto approved, it's more berries.
