Made a major faux pas yesterday. Ended up having to go to not my regular coffee treat place, as I was earlier than normal with the glorious weather. The new place was all confusing with their swipe machine down and I was rooting around to see if I'd cash. I hadn't practically slept at all Sunday night so was fairly groggy. I then hear myself order Latte but didn't register it. I haven't had a Latte for minimum over 2yrs!! Then it comes and she looks at me.. and I realise I did not order an Americano... which has been my habit. Urgh - idiot. Upshot of all of that I am now up a half a pound. I check when I get back to my desk what calories are in a bloody Latte. I know it won't be good apparently between 110-135 calories as opposed to the regular 2 calories for an Americano. Guess it pays to pay attention!! What a difference.

Maybe subconciously I needed/wanted that from the lack of sleep. But it does show what a big difference such little mistakes make to your intake! Lets hope after today's work out that can be reversed.
