Oh Ms. Shine, I have completely sucked as far as my gym routine. Lordie...LOL Seriously, I need to get my head back in the game. I am having a hard time getting motivated again.

Are you paying for it and not using it? Find something you like. I did my weights on the Treadmil when I fist started. Then I moved up to walk half a loop, jog half a loop. When I walked I held the weights, I'd put them in the cup holders to jog. Then I increased it to running. Gotta start somewhere, then YOU PUSH it!
