Well yesterday the scale was down the 2 pounds I wanted it to be down Monday, so that is a great thing!! I am going to change my weigh in day to Friday just so that if the weekends involve some partying I have the week to recover.

Last night I went to a honor choir concert that my 13 year old was in. He was one of only two 7th graders out of our school to be in this state honor choir and I was very proud of him. Quite the little singer I have on my hands. He was of course starving after the concert, he is built just like his dad, so he is 13 and weighs about 90 pounds, he's healthy, just small statured. So I took him to McDonald's, and I didn't have anything!! I was very proud of myself! It was late, and I had already used all my points for the day, and figured if I ate crap that late I was gonna pay for it all night, so I made the smart choice and didn't have anything.

Tonight I have my end of the year bowling banquet, and it is catered so I am going to eat light all day and watch my portions tonight, so that I stay on track! We have karaoke after the meal so that will be fun, I love to sing!!

Aww, congrats on the McDonalds...not eating it I mean! Great job! Also, I love to bowl (avg is 200) and baquets are fun! Have a great time!
