3 years ago I went to Jamaica with my Family. I met a man there 3 years younger than me (55 at the time) in amazing shape as h as was lifelong bodybuilder. He pushed me...telling me I could have a great physique if I addressed my eating habits. When I got home I began the change to a Keto type lifestyle. Cut out carbs (as an Italian it's almost sacrilegious!) and started lifting.

Now, 3 years later at 58, I am at my high school weight of 183.6 down 28 lbs. I am in the best shape of my life lifting and doing cross fit.

it's been a long journey and required lots of hard work but worth every moment. my ultimate goal of 180lbs is within reach and I am excited.

Stay the course. Patience, perseverance, and consistency....you CAN do it!
