i just made my goal of SEEING a 139. next stop: 134!!! i'm gonna do it!

i regretted having a huge cup of hot choc. last night. i felt gross.

i've been doing great at refusing pastries, fatty cheeses, etc.
i've been neglecting my juicing and work-outs lately, though i've remained active.

139.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
