Feb 16, Sat Earlier this evening I debated with the urge to by-pass my urge for chinese food and go downstairs and work out--or just cave in and use this one last time to actually enjoy the chinese food and catch up on some movies. And despite my best intentions, I willingly and knowingly chose option 2--no regrets--just my final hurrah!
So, thus, tonight I've done all the self-indulgent stuff that I wanted to get out of my system (bad food, no healthy-cooking, watching lots of tv/movies, not working out, not doing my work, or taking care of any useful errands...all day of relaxation and depravity). Ok, so, fine, it's done. No guilt. Tomorrow, starting at 8 am, I am starting afresh...seriously working out, eating right, no moderation--plain old disciplined eating for the next 2 weeks--no ifs-and-or buts. THis is my official promise on FS here...I'm quitting horsing around and officially gettng back on that horse (I know I said that earlier--but this time I really mean it!). Two weeks of strict observance--until this becomes a natural-enough habit. Exercise today: 30 mins of treadmill and 2 sets of few upper-body weights Food: coffee, 1/2 cup air-popped popcorn (2 pts) , 2 vegi patties (4 pts) walnuts--2 ounces? (6-8 points) 2 curves bars (4 points) rice--1 cup (4 points) Soy kung pao chicken (soy and peanuts with veggies): 15 points?
YES, I KNOW, THAT's BINGING AND ITS GONNA COST ME A LOT, BUT I"LL WORKOUT EXTRA HARD TOMORROW AND HOPEFULLY OFFSET THE DAMAGE...
