6.0 hrs sleep, 0 hrs CPAP, 3.0 fatigue, RNeck 3, Joints 1
Higher qty of sleep!, but could not fall asleep on CPAP. NEED to fix it (!), fatigue level lower, but still could have used more/better sleep. Ended up sleeping on couch after taking more meds around 3AM. If I feel this good on 6 interrupted, imagine 9 hrs good quality!! Maybe ask doc (today) for more ambien!!! that forces some quantity of sleep. yeah!!
