Didn't get much exercise in on Friday as went for my first carriage driving lesson. Great fun, had a go at hanging on the back as a groom of a pair and drove a single through cones. Roast beef with green veggies for dinner. Piece of cheese for lunch. B&E for breakfast.
So went for a walk today. Whoever waymarked the Brechfa Forest should be hung up by the vitals. What was intended to be a few miles on smooth tracks turned into a nightmare struggle over rough trails, some of which I ended up walking twice. By the time I got back to the car I had walked both sections of Derwen and it was dropping dark. However, I was pleased to rediscover my long stride and didn't seize up in the car on the way home. Roast chicken with bacon and salad for dinner. Cold beef for lunch and breakfast.
I seem to be getting more energy day by day.
