Hmm.. I'm trying hard to curb emotional eating.

Since yesterday, I started to drink water instead of other drinks. I feel great. Maybe my body doesn't long for anymore food or flavoured drinks (I love chai latte so much). I'm just thirsty. My sister told me to start with replace the drinks with water. It will help reduce some calories.

I'm heading to walk around the city as a start to get back to work out. I knew I was fit before. This moment I don't want to tire myself too greatly by jogging or doing strenuous work-outs since I'm having stress every now and then. Life is not a mess but my mind deems it a mess. One baby step a time and slowly I can get back on track.
