My family made a really fatty dinner and I feel sick to the stomach looking at it but I haven't had lunch and had a small breakfast does anyone have any ideas for what I can make to fill me?
124.6 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
