Friday I weighed 231 today I weigh 235 less than two weeks ago I was down to 229. I don't know what this jumping around is all about and why I can't keep going down like I want to. I'm getting really frustrated. I have been around the same weight for a long time now just going up and down a few pounds and can't seem to start losing for real again. I even joined a gym and have been working out and that hasn't helped.

Starting exercise can sometimes mess with your numbers, but keep with it. Give yourself a two week "scale break". And promise yourself to look at the big picture. It's all about calories in and calories out. Keep with it, I am prying for you.
