Hello people! I managed to be good and be on my requested calories intake. But the weekend is here and it will be a struggle as I am craving for a glass (actually more) of prosecco!!!! So food like food but the alcohol - how do you people get through the weekend without it after a hard work week???

I put my bottle of wine in my calorie count before I start the weekend. at you 1600 calories you are still 400 under the average 2000 needed for a day

Make sure you count it in your logs and make sure it doesn’t loosen your food inhibitions and you end up devouring a whole pizza, a whole chocolate cake and three kebabs! 😂😂 You won’t lose weight as quickly if you drink compared with not drinking but if you really want it then you have to weigh up if it’s worth it. Have a good weekend!
