WOW this slimfast is great the weigh is just falling off. 38 Pounds since Jan 1, 2008. Part of my success is not drinking any pop. mynew favorite drink is water
297.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
