Hi, I have three buddies and haven't heard from any of them for almost a week. I must be obsessed with the dieting, thus spending too much time keeping track of food and exercise. I did go shopping ... bought two tee shirts and pjs. In different colors than I usually wear. Olive green and gold. They're made out of a "new" fabric I've never tried before too. I think the scale went down again. yeah!!! Its been so hot here that I eat mostly fruit for dinner and lots of water 24 oz. I've been able to control my cravings. Since I can't stand a lot of salt and fatty foods. I don't want to face the regret of eating that kind of food and how awful I feel after I do. A quarter cup of almonds is quite filling if I actually pay attention to how full my stomach feels, then I'll still fill up with grapes, bing cherries and half a small cantaloupe. I hope that scale is right, I bought it new when I decided I must make a major food life change. I would get in A LOT of exercise if I'd start doing some work around here. Talk to you later.
