I cant even understand why i went crazy last night 😭 i ate n ate n ate 😫 it was day 13 in a row of eating healthy foods n then all of a sudden it was cake n sherbit n potato salad n baked beans 🤬 im so sad I thought i really had it this time 😳 so what do i do is pick up myself today n get back on this adventure i have no choice cause my health is going to suffer n i want to be a participant not a observer 🤔

sometimes you just need a treat. I work at a preschool so sometimes the kids get me a little crazy so I always pack something I really like, like a small piece chocolate or candy. so I'm not denying myself anything but rather keeping it small so I don't overdo it.

I've found that really depriving myself leads to binging. Allow yourself a treat when you feel like you need it!
