I quit running and started losing weight more rapidly. Portion control, being mindful when I eat and choosing healthier options are the best ways to lose weight so far. I like running but if it is going to stand in the way of progress I have to do different exercises to comp for it.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
