I recent had a few really down days where I managed to eat back 6 pounds. 6 pounds, in 3 days! What a huge failure right? Yes but no. I know how to lose weight effectively now so this isn't a big deal. It's temporary so while I'm annoyed with myself I'm not devastated.
I believe that in a very significant way we begin our lives over day.
