Gym last night with trainer and also did a couple miles on the treadmill. Tonight I had weight loss class and then spent 1.5 hours exercising. I did a couple miles again on the treadmill, sumo squats with an 8 lb ball, squats with 10 lb dumbbells and on a bosu, chest press with 12.5 lb dumbbells and a variety of other exercises with 7.5 - 10 lb dumbbells. I am getting really excited about the half marathon on Saturday this week. My goal is to complete it in less than 3.5 hours. I haven't weighed myself yet this week, but will weigh on Saturday. Trying to wait longer between weighing, besides I am afraid I may have gained with the weight training.
