Quickie...I REALLY wanted to munch on something even though I am not a bit hungry. The feeling...craving...came on right before I left job 2 tonight and intensified as I was about to drive past drive thru joints. I told myself it would pass, that it wasn't worth the money considering the lack of quality I would get from fast food, that I would be swollen in the morning and regretful. I came home. I cleaned my dishes for the day, set up my coffee pot for in the morning, and am here telling you how I passed up food that I did not need or really did not (deep down) want. Now I am going to bed. :-)
