Week 16. Went to the Dr. today for a yearly check up, my doctor came in saying "Wow you have lost 27 pounds since you were here last year! That is great." I told her that most of that 27 pounds was lost just in the last 16 weeks, that I was doing Atkins, she said that was great. No lecture about the diet at all, awesome!
