I am doing Keto. I am averaging 80% Fat, 17% Protein, and 4% Carbs. I am drinking around 64 ounces of water a day (including herbal teas). I am exercising 4-5 days a week. I feel great. Lots of energy. My Neuropathy is under control.
Any suggestions of what I need to tweak to get the scale moving? It sure is a slow go.
Thanks!

With knowing only what you have posted above, two things come to mind. One, you may try tracking by measurements instead of weight. With so much exercise, you may have body composition changes that are not reflected on the scale. Two, not knowing what exercise you are doing, perhaps a touch more protein - nothing too drastic, just a little bump and see if that is the extra your body needs.
Just my thoughts - glad to see you are having positive results :)
