I changed my super filling breakfast bar recipe again. I added textured vegetable protein and sunflower seeds. These bars are not pretty looking but they really help me make it through the morning. Plus eating flax meal on a daily basis is supposed to give me a lot of benefits. Plus the raw cacao gives me antioxidants. I really love these bars.
