So it's been how long? Too long I guess and it's showing. For the past two weeks I've been incredibly busy moving and finishing up a final project for class that my diet and exercise has slacked. I'm determined to get back to it. I made sure to plan my meals for the week, and I'm starting the South Beach diet. With the way my body works it's key to keep my carb intake to as minimal as possible which is why I think South Beach will work best for me. I took a hiatus from here to focus on Weight Watchers but I was slowly finding myself sneaking a snack here and there, while all keeping within my points I was still not eating totally great. I kinda wish I had a partner/buddy for the weight loss but till then we'll just see.
For now my goal is to lost 10 lbs by May and maybe 5 inches. I even bought a planner because I love writing things down and I made sure to keep the gym class schedule in there, while this week I set up each time I'll be taking a class and fitting it into my schedule, basically like another meeting or homework.
So I'm hoping I stick to this again and don't fall off the wagon but I need as much encouragement as possible.
Please help!
