Started fast on Wed 5/30/18 ended on Sunday 6/3/18. 4 Days almost to the hour. Broke fast with broth, macadamias, jicama and sauerkraut. Plan to have sauerkraut several times per week for probiotics and plan to have jicama and raw asparagus several times per week for prebiotics. No intestinal upsets from breaking fast in this way - yay! Did have a lot of pain in shoulders and neck - bad enough that I wished i had a button to press to knock myself out and escape the pain. It was the deciding factor in breaking the fast.
