I need inspiration guys! I've been dragging my feet when it comes to being healthy. Waiting for more money so I can afford to buy healthier foods and waiting for more time so I can make exercise a part of my daily routine. No more excuses! It is time to get the lead out and make ME a priority!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

No more excuses! Make yourself a priority, lol! You don't need tons of money to eat healthy. Buy fruits and veggies in season or frozen. If you count points or calories and eat moderately, you will lose. Go for a walk, it doesn't cost a thing. Dance around the house. Take out some workout dvds from library and do them at home. You can do it!
