I am having a stressful home life - I just want to give up and run away from my weight problem -it makes me feel awful.

Take one day at a time. And one situation at a time. I know how frustrating it can be, but this is possible.

I have been feeling the same and have gotten off track and gained weight. After gaining I felt so bad and just got even more stressed. I then realized that I am a little happier when I am on a diet even though I have all the stressful days. And that’s because at the end of the week I have a great pick me up when I get on the scale. This is my second day back on track and let me tell you the stress has not gone away or even gotten better. But my over all feeling is better. I just feel like at least I am trying and that there is one thing I do have control over and that is my eating and my weight loss. So I hope you can separate the two issues so that at least you get some reward for yourself when you see the scale go down.
