5 minutes straight, no rest. Last time I did 50 in 5 minutes. This time, I'll try to pump out more :) Or maybe I'll blast some Linkin Park and do 10 minutes straight again... YES! Thanks, guys!!! You gotta try it! Do it until you turn into goo and plop on the floor! >=)!!!

lol Jess!!!I have to admit he's got me trying and after that and the TRX I am def goo! Clifford has many ways I'm sure... ad Jess that damn commercial is in my head too! Guess I need to turn some music on now.
