Yesterday I ate under goal and met all activity goals. Tonight we are celebrating my Daughter's 40th birthday. That's four celebrations in three weeks. I'm ready to get back to my home scale. I'm prepared for the results. Maintenance is an ongoing challenge. I hope logging has helped...
