like & true. Carbs in Carbs out... is only a little bit of the story, protein is important as is fat and denied while on the weight lose journey is stupid but counterproductive

this is brilliant. I lost 5 stone on here a few years ago then had baby and having trouble sticking but know will keep trying and soon find rhythm this pic is so motivational thank you

Love this and so true..
Doobrie’s fantastic results have shown me that slow and steady wins the race, but I’m SOO impatient, on many areas of my life, but especially when my weight plateaus.
