Slightly up today but not worrying about it. I know it's going to fluctuate daily based on time of day, etc. Today's my workout day so will weigh about 2-3 xs/wk but only counting the Monday weekly weigh-ins.

Kept my pulse based on what felt good, light sweat but not trying too hard. Avg heart rate was around 118. Took shorter but faster steps on Gazelle 😉
