Not doing so well. I'm ready to start losing weight. I did find information that told me that I can still produce milk with 1800 cal. I just have to make sure they are nutrition packed calories. So I'm going to start doing this and see what happens.

good luck!! i did a 66hr fast, and it didnt hamper my supply at all! (but hes 1 year 1 month so i only night feed)
