Alhamdulillah turun lg jd 52,4. Diet yg bnr2 gak nyiksa. Bisa makan semua jenis makanan, hanya dg mengatur porsi agar slalu defisit kalori. Air putih 3 liter, perbanyak serat dan protein serta jangan Magerrrrr. Wlw gak olahraga, tp geraaakkkk teruss
