Gah! I know how frustrating it can be when you are so close to a milestone and the scale just won't cooperate. I sympathize. Just try to stay hydrated and carry on the good fight. It will happen. P.S. - love the sad font.

Here is our (amusement park ride) pattern. Drop - drop - drop - drop -drop - level off - level off - level off - level off - rise - rise - level off - level off - drop - drop - drop - drop - drop. You are in one of our "leveling off" sequences now. Do not be alarmed if there is a little bitty rise. Then. BOOM! Here comes the down - down - down - down -down part! Don't be too sad Sugar! Roll with "it." We'll be there for the "rise" & the "boom."

Sad! Look at that chart, its amazing!!! We all stay the same now and again. Look at it as learning to maintain when you get to goal. Keep going and you will be fine.
