No walking this morning due to a severe thunderstorm and downpours!
I'm doing yoga at 4:30 though.

Having some of those wonerful sweet potato pancakes! YUM!!

Recipe as follows... 1 egg sperated, 1/2 cup sweet potato mashed, cinnamon, stevia
whip egg white til stiff
fold in yolk and sweet potato, add cinnamon and stevia to taste, spray pan with OOspray and cook. Drizzle with FSO cinnamon flavored is good!

Is this a level 2 food or a level 1 - I get confused about potatoes. Are we allowed to eat regular potatoes too? How about french fries - haha now Im joking...

oh sorry this is phase 2 recipe you can add a 1/2 cup of sweet potato into your diet as 1 of your 2 friendly carbs. Any other types of potato are taboo as they send the blood sugar level soaring.
