So I decided to review my diet calendar; and there it WAS.....Proof that I have been overindulging in calories over the past week...Whoops! It stands to reason that if I cut the numbers, I will start going down again-so here I go,......switching gears because I fell asleep at the wheel.....I'm focusing.........


Diet Calendar Entry for 10 February 2008:
966 kcal Fat: 40.65g | Prot: 86.98g | Carb: 54.56g.   Breakfast: chicken light meat roasting, ricotta cheese 1/4 cup, Natural peanut butter. Dinner: bac'n pieces, chicken, Chicken stock (home prepared), lettuce, apple cranberry walnut dressing. Snacks/Other: cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup, apple, carrots, nuts, almonds. more...
