I can't believe how much harder it is to lose weight than to gain it! Over Christmas I gained SEVEN pounds!!! and over the last month I've only lost 3. I know I could lose faster if I was strict, but strict doesn't work for me mentally. I was talking to a friend last night who has been trying to lose weight. She looks like she's losing so I asked her and she said "Yes, SLOWLY!!" then she said "It's so much more fun putting weight on, isn't it?!" Man, I can totally relate to that girl...
