Feeling good! Down from 48" jeans to 34", XXL shirts to L, and feeling a lot more energetic since I did 4 years ago when I weighed around 300lbs. I don't weigh myself as often as I used to because as long as I feel good and the smaller clothes still fit me well then that's all that matters. I feel like I still have about 30lbs of fat on my body, but over time with weight training and cardio I hope to shed that and replace with muscle.
