Well there will be no aqua therapy today. I'm still in ALOT of pain from last week. I have gotten the mail the last two days. That's PLENTY of physical activity for me. Trying to be optimistic about this pain. If this worsens I will not be getting the mail, I'll just have to walk around the house alittle more.
