Starving today. Forget the diet. I'm just going to eat. Two large servings of pot roast and then whatever else I could find. I can't do too much damage because I don't have a lot of junk in the house. I'm already having a hard time staying below 134. Oh well, I'll get there eventually. I'm not going to blow it today, I'm just not worrying too much about calories. I'll start fresh tomorrow.
